I have a few new things to show you. I made some pretty beads in a new pendulum shape. I love this shape! The first two are encased in clear. The last one has sterling silver leaf on the surface which gives a beautiful organic finish. I made the last bead into a sweet necklace  with a sterling silver chain and posted it for sale in Etsy. I hope you enjoy seeing these pieces.

Soon I will post pics of the Bead Soup Blog Party pictures. :o)

Happy New Year All !

It has been a whirlwind month but a satisfying one! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.:o)

I traveled to Charleston SC with my daughter for a wonderful 3 day stay over Christmas at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina .  it was a special treat for us as we rarely travel. We missed all the cooking and cleaning and relaxed this year.  We had a wonderful view from our room of the harbor. We had one rainy day and got a great picture of four egrets sitting on four posts in the  water. On Christmas day we were lucky to find a tour company taking reservations and had  a carriage tour of Charleston.  I felt sorry for the horse so I found a brush and brushed and talked to him for a minute while we waited to board. The architecture was old and beautiful and the people were so friendly. The food was fabulous and the weather was great. I would recommended this trip to all.  It was wonderful!
I hope everyone has a great New Years! Be safe and enjoy. :o)

Happy Thanksgiving :o)

My daughter and I cooked yesterday evening so we don't have so much to do today.  She was up late working in the kitchen so she is still asleep. We have a quiet peaceful house with the dogs wrassling and then laying down for a rest. It's peaceful. I wish the same for everyone. Have a wonderful, peaceful, blessed day.
